What is gps tracking
GPS tracking is basically a technology utilizing gps satellite to track the whereabouts of gps devices on the planet (on our case NOkia gps phones) and then report that gps location to a server for analysis and visualization for us to know the where abouts of that gps device anywhere on the planet. In the case of the celltrack program, the celltrack program would transfer the gps location through gprs to a web and wap server for analysis and then send the data through internet to any person on the internet who has the username and password to view.
What benefits do we get with gps tracking?

Cell track is basically a small program you load into your Nokia phones (w/ gps capability) which would allow you to track that phone 24/7 by gps+cellsite triangulation technology and through gprs connectivity communicate with our gps tracking server, www.galileo.com.ph
Why are we offering this service for free:
Presently we are beta testing the celltrack program which is one of a kind in the world and inviting interested parties who wants to join us in trying out the celltrack program for limited period of time for free. What we are asking in return is your unbiased comments and suggestions. We would also like to ask our clients to be patient with us for any limitation of the system. This system is totally a work of love and made for the purpose of making people's live more convenient and safer.
What does the celltrack program do for you
The celltrack program once installed in the Nokia phone will allow users who know the user name and password for the celltrack program to track the where abouts of that cellphone realtime anywhere on the planet 24/7 either from your pc connected to the internet or through the wapsite from your gprs phone. For group accounts (group account is just a combination of multiple individual celltrack program accounts grouped together as a group) Members of the group can view the where about of all the group members relative to one another. A very useful tip to keep track of family members, friends or workmates real time. If the cellphone looses its gps signal (when indoor) you can still track the phone by cellsite triangulation technology since the program will auto switch from one tracking solution to another in such instances. When tracking under gps technology accuracy is around 10-30m range but whe using cellsite triangualtion technology accuracy is around 70-200m depending on data on the galileo server.
What do Interested parties need to do:
1. send us your desired username and password, for those who would be applying for a group account send us your desired group name and password.
2. users must be using a postpaid globe account (for Philippine subscribers- we will register you a 6 month globe promo to have minimal cost of gprs usage) For users outside of Philippines apply to the cheapest gprs plan to minimize cost since Celltrack program communicates with Galileo server through gprs. (per sending of data, celltracks sends around 100bytes of data)
3 send us the model number of your nokia phones (should have gps capbility, for best results in tracking use 2008 model nokia phones or better eg Nokia N97 5230 6770 E72 6730 E52 N86 E75 6720 6710 6700 N85 5800 E71 E66 6210 6220 5730)
4 send us the imei number of the cellphone you are going to track (type *#06# on your cellphone and 15digit imei number will appear)
5. your email address, and cellphone number so that we will email you the program for you to install (lbsclient.sisx).
PS After sending us the details, allow us 3-5 days to compile the program and we will email you the celltrack program lbsclient.sisx + your password and user name. After installing the program to your cellphone you can now track your cellphone on www.galileo.com.ph by entering your name and password.
What is Galileo gps tracking server
This is basically a gps server which would collect all data from all celltrack programs and translate to text and visualization for users on the internet with the correct user name and pasword to view. Galileo is basically a website and wapsite. Meaning users can track celltrack accounts either through their computers on the internet or through their cellphone/wapsite.
Do I need to install any softwares on my desktop to use the program?
Basically you can use www.galileo.com.ph through its own self or install google earth for better tracking results. To install google earth go to the link: http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html to install the software
Do I need to install any softwares on my cellphone to view the whereabouts of the nokia phones I am tracking??
Yes, you have to install google map to be able to track the nokia phones you are looking for. To install google map just click the web program of your nokia gprs phone and then visit the google map installation site : m.google.com/maps and install the google map program.
What do I need to do to start tracking the nokia phones?
Just go to www.galileo.com.ph on your desktop connected to the internet or go to the same wap site on your nokia phones. Just type in your user name and password or the group name and its password. After that just click view on map and you can see the whereabouts of the nokia phones you are tracking.
Under development services to go with the celltrack program in the upcoming future:
1. Geofencing capability. This means that you can tag a certain area anywhere on the planet. If the Nokia phone goes into the area which you tagged the server will text a admin notifiying the person that the phone had entered the area and will also text the person once the phone leaves the area. This application is good for students. You can now check if your child goes to school on the right time and goes out of school on the right time. After the child leaves the school you can track them as they come home.... good for parenting..... hehehehe
2. View multiple accounts as a group. You will be able to see where you are relative to your group of friends or family member. And if you come within a certain distance from any group member both members will be notified by text.
3. Corporate delivery services using the same service will be seen by all accounts or group accounts. Imagine as you are tracking yourself or your group mates you will see delivery people from fastfood chains or service comany with special logo running across your screens.
4. You will be able to receive and reply to ym messages by gprs. Meaning you can Ym other members of the same group or corporate account on your screen.
