Everyday, i post some Happy Birthday on my friend's facebook wall.
that happens due to the fact that i can get his birthdate on the
homepage. Is that all !??!
450000 (!!!) Bangladeshi internet users as of a source. let's
assume, a teenage crowd of 50000. These people used to buy Paper
Cards or what-so-ever on various occassions, eg. Eid, Birthday,
Teacher's Day, Friendship Day, Valentines Day, Father's day..etc.
Where has all those good emotions gone now-a-days?
we only send 1 e-greeting or post a facebook wall post. Please for
God sake, don't say that these techy-psycho emotions play more in
our hearts that a 'Hug' from the dear ones. We are human beings.
It's not that my birthday this year is over but yes i was thinking
last night deeply about the fact. Just think of a birthday without
any phone calls (to wish you Happy Birthday), no Greeting card, no
hugs from your best friend (jus a wall post, Happy birthday
dostooo), your cake rots but no one to eat and your younger sister
remembers your birthday at the end of the day while browsing her
facebook.
Are we losing emotions due to this electro-techy-psychic world ?
