| TataMotors today announced the commercial launch of the Tata Nano, keenlyawaited across India since its unveiling on January 10, 2008. The TataNano is BS-III* compliant and comes with an all-new 2-cylinderaluminium MPFI 624 cc petrol engine mated to a four-speed gear box andwill be available in three variants. The cars will be on display acrossthe country at Tata Motors Passenger Car dealerships and other selectauthorized outlets from April 1st.c THE THREE VARIANTS: TataNano CX (BSII* and BSIII*): In five color options, with heating andair-conditioning (HVAC), two-tone seats, parcel shelf, booster-assistedbrakes, fold-down rear seat with nap rest; TataNano LX (BSIII*): With the features of CX plus complete fabric seats,central locking, front power windows, body colored exteriors in threepremium colours, fog lamps, electronic trip meter, cup holder in frontconsole, mobile charger point, and rear spoiler.
